At Fitelo Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion items don't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the clothing is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
